Reservation Assistance in Rochester

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the manager of the Country Inn and Suites hotel in Rochester-Brighton, NY. He performed his duties, in my opinion, above and beyond and his calmness made my error in booking my reservation more tolerable.
I had booked the hotel though a web service and because I was booking numerous weekends in Rochester for that month I mistakenly booked two hotels for the same weekend. After realizing I did this I was quite mad at myself, and since the PGA Golf Championship was going that weekend hotels were at a premium to find unoccupied. My wife had to be in Rochester for a seminar and we needed a room.
Sensing my despair and frustration, the manager was very calm and offered assistance in finding a room at his hotel. He was able to do so and even called the web service to authorize them to refund the pre-paid charges that had been made for the wrong booking.
I want to thank the manager for his professionalism, kindness, and understanding. He exemplifies what a manager and supervisor should be (being a supervisor myself). He has ensured that I will use your hotel for my bookings when I travel again. The hotel met all of our needs and was top rate.
